When you become an affluent Banking customer, I undertake a comprehensive review of your finances and assess future requirements. I then get to know you and your situation and understand your financial needs - just as you'd expect from your own personal banker. To help you make the most of our customers' finances, I also introduce customers to NatWest's extensive network of specialist advisers and services, such as a Financial Planning Manager for investment advice or a Personal Mortgage Adviser.
